Summary

We're looking for a proactive and collaborative individual with experience in temporary staffing, workforce operations or workforce systems. You will have experience of working with temporary staffing providers, managing workforce performance information and supporting managers to navigate staffing policies and procedures. A good understanding of NHS temporary staffing rules, compliance requirements and eRostering systems will be essential. You'll be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, capable of building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and confidently managing competing priorities. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about delivering a high-quality service and supporting positive workforce outcomes.
