We are recruiting an experienced
HR Systems & Reporting Coordinator to support the effective use and development of HR systems, reporting and people data.
This role would suit an experienced HR professional who has developed a specialist focus in
HR systems, reporting and data, and who is confident working with HRIT systems, producing management information and developing reporting solutions.
The Role
You will act as a key point of expertise for HR systems and reporting, supporting colleagues and managers with system queries, data, reporting and process improvements.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR data, producing regular and bespoke reports, developing dashboards and supporting improvements to HR processes and system workflows.
The role will also involve training colleagues and managers, creating user guides and process documentation, and providing reliable people data for operational and statutory reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a lead coordinator for the HRIT system and associated systems, supporting day-to-day administration, housekeeping and maintenance.
- Produce regular and bespoke HR reports and management information.
- Develop and maintain
- Analyse people data and provide meaningful insights to support management and Executive-level decision-making.
- Produce KPI data and reports for HR colleagues and managers.
- Support the development and improvement of HR system workflows and automation.
- Monitor HR system data quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct HRIT system audits and support the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Develop process documentation, user guides and process flows.
- Train and support HR colleagues, managers and other users in HR systems and reporting processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems and reporting, responding to queries and information requests.
- Provide data for statutory reporting, including ONS surveys.
- Ensure HR systems and processes support relevant UK legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and enhancement of HR operational processes and controls.
- Produce accurate KPI calculations and management information.
- Provide ad hoc project support to the wider People and Culture team.

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an
- Strong hands-on experience using
- Experience developing and using
- Experience producing bespoke reports from HR systems, ranging from straightforward reports to more complex data requirements.
- Strong understanding of HR systems, data and reporting processes.
- Experience developing systems, processes and training materials.
- Ability to analyse HR data and turn it into useful insights for managers and senior stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including functions such as
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to data management.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet demanding deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
HR operational environment, with subsequent specialisation in HR systems and reporting.

CIPD Level 5 qualification or close to completion.

Working Environment
This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity within a People and Culture function. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working at pace, managing high volumes of information and supporting multiple stakeholders with competing requirements.

Important to Know
This role requires
proven hands-on experience with IRIS Cascade and HR systems reporting. Candidates should be able to demonstrate practical experience of producing HR reports, working with people data and developing reporting solutions, rather than having purely administrative HR experience.
