Summary

Join our client in making sure no one is left without a voice.

Our client's assistive technology empowers people with disabilities who experience speech difficulties to express themselves, connect with others, and live more independent lives.

They are proud to be a global leader in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), supporting people across the UK, US, Europe, and beyond. But what truly sets them apart is their people - passionate, collaborative, and driven by the impact their products have every day.

If you're motivated by meaningful work and want to apply your technical expertise to something that genuinely changes lives, they would love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to become a central part of their UK and Ireland Sales team. You'll help shape the experience customers, families and professionals receive from their first enquiry onwards. By coordinating enquiries, appointments, quotations, trials and long-term loan requests, you'll make it easier for people to explore and access communication technology that can make a meaningful difference to their lives.

You'll bring structure, accuracy and momentum to a busy sales operation. You'll keep customer and opportunity information reliable, help the team understand its pipeline through clear reporting, and make sure important actions keep moving. Your work will enable their sales specialists to spend more time supporting customers and finding the right solutions for each individual.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll bring confidence, care and excellent organisation to a varied role that includes:

- Acting as a welcoming first point of contact for sales enquiries and leads.

- Triaging and qualifying enquiries so customers receive the right support promptly.

- Coordinating appointments, diaries, customer communications and wider sales activity.

- Providing clear and helpful information about our client's products and services.

- Preparing accurate quotations and supporting opportunities from initial enquiry through to purchase.

- Coordinating professional assessments, equipment trials and long-term loan requests.

- Maintaining complete and accurate customer, activity and opportunity records within their CRM and business systems.

- Producing timely sales, pipeline, trial, KPI and performance reports.

- Working closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Trials and Operations to create a joined-up customer experience.

Why This Role Is Unique

This isn't a typical sales administration role. You'll support people who may be discovering AAC for the first time, alongside families, professionals and colleagues with specialist knowledge. Your ability to combine efficient commercial administration with thoughtful, person-centred communication will directly influence their experience of our client.

What They're Looking For

They are looking for a distinctive combination of sales operations experience, customer focus, analytical confidence and purpose-driven thinking.

You'll be someone who can move comfortably between speaking with a customer, coordinating several diaries and priorities, preparing an accurate quotation, updating CRM information and producing a clear pipeline report. You'll understand that every detail matters, because reliable processes help customers receive the right response at the right time.

There is no single right career path into this role. You may have developed your experience within sales operations, customer service, healthcare, education, assistive technology or disability services. What matters is your ability to demonstrate the relevant skills and apply them thoughtfully in a purpose-led environment.

Essential Experience:

- At least three years' experience supporting a sales, customer service or commercial team.

- Experience producing KPI, sales pipeline or performance reports.

- Experience using CRM or business systems to maintain accurate and complete records.

- Knowledge of assistive technology, healthcare, education or disability services.

- Experience qualifying leads and following up sales opportunities.

Why Join Our Client:

- Purpose-driven work with real-world impact.

- Collaborative and supportive culture.

- Hybrid working and flexibility.

- Opportunities to grow, lead and shape future products.

- Strong benefits package plus wellbeing support.

If there's anything they can do to support you during the recruitment process, please feel free to let them know within your application.

They also aim to build sustainability into everything they do, from how they design their products to how they operate as a business.
