Summary

Are you a caring, motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nursing Associate looking for a role where you can make a real difference to patients every day? Join our Dermatology team and become part of a supportive, friendly and forward-thinking service at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH).

As a Band 4 Registered Nursing Associate (RNA), you will play an important role in delivering safe, effective and compassionate care to patients with a wide range of dermatological conditions. Working alongside registered nurses, doctors and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to assessment, treatment, patient education and ongoing care.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in what they do, enjoys working with people and wants to develop their knowledge and skills within a specialist clinical environment.

We are looking for someone who is:

•    Compassionate, approachable and committed to putting patients at the heart of everything they do.

•    A confident team player who communicates well with patients, relatives and colleagues

•    Organised, reliable and able to work effectively in a busy clinical environment.

•    Keen to learn and develop their dermatology knowledge and clinical skills.

•    Able to demonstrate professionalism, initiative and a strong commitment to high-quality patient care.

•    Someone who understands the importance of dignity, respect, confidentiality and patient safety.

You do not need to know everything about dermatology when you join us. What matters is your enthusiasm, willingness to learn and commitment to delivering excellent care. We will support you to grow into the role and develop your specialist knowledge.

Our Dermatology team is proud of the atmosphere we create. We work hard, support one another and understand that great patient care comes from a great team.

You will be welcomed into an environment where everyone has a valued contribution to make. We encourage questions, share knowledge and celebrate each other's successes. Our work can be challenging, but we face those challenges together, with a positive attitude and a strong sense of team spirit.

We believe in working to a high standard while maintaining kindness and respect for one another. We are looking for someone who shares that work ethic—someone who is dependable, takes responsibility and wants to make a positive difference.

As part of the team, you will have opportunities to build your confidence, broaden your clinical experience and develop your career within the NHS. We will support your learning and encourage you to make the most of your skills and ambitions.

If you are looking for more than just your next job—if you want to be part of a team that cares about its patients, cares about each other and is committed to doing its very best—then we would love to hear from you.
