Summary

Production Operative - Linton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Linton. You will play a key role in supporting daily production activities, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Shift Patterns:

* Monday to Friday from 5.30 pm to 2 am

Pay Rates:

* 14.15 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Production Operative:

* Own transport is essential due to the site location in Linton (CB21 4JD) as there is no public transport available.

* No formal qualifications are required for this role.

* Ability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.

Desirable Requirements for Production Operative:

* Previous experience working in a temperature-controlled food manufacturing environment.

* Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Role for Production Operative:

* Processing and packing fresh meat products, including pork.

* Mixing and blending ingredients according to production specifications.

* Labelling finished products to meet customer order requirements.

* Following site procedures to ensure health, safety, and food quality standards are met.
