Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced
CCNSG Labourers to join a well-established steelworks contractor in
Port Talbot.
This is a
long-term temporary to permanent opportunity for reliable and hardworking candidates looking to build a career within an industrial environment. A
valid CCNSG Safety Passport is required, although candidates who are able to obtain one may also be considered.
You'll work as part of a professional site team, supporting day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

£12.94 per hour for the first 8 hours worked.
£19.41 per hour for hours worked after 8 hours.

Key Duties
- Carry out general labouring duties across the steelworks site.
- Support tradespeople and site teams with day-to-day activities.
- Assist with moving materials, equipment and tools as required.
- Maintain clean, tidy and safe working areas.
- Follow site procedures and instructions at all times.
- Work safely in accordance with

- Work effectively as part of a team in a busy industrial environment.

Requirements
- Valid CCNSG Safety Passport or ability to obtain one.
- Previous experience as a Labourer or within an industrial/steelworks environment is desirable.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Methodical, calm and reliable approach to work.
- Ability to follow instructions and site procedures.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport are essential.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment.
