We pride ourselves on enabling our learners to meet their individual needs and aspirations and we deliver a learning experience that is unique, enjoyable and rewarding.About the RoleAre you passionate about helping young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) achieve their ambitions and move into meaningful employment? We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Inclusive Employment Coach to join our Supported Internship team.In this rewarding role, you will work closely with learners, employers, families and colleagues to provide personalised support that helps young people develop confidence, independence and employability skills. You will identify suitable work placements, support learners in the workplace, build strong employer partnerships, and help interns progress into sustainable paid employment.You will play a key role in creating positive outcomes for learners by removing barriers, promoting inclusion, and ensuring every young person has the opportunity to reach their full potential.About YouYou are a passionate advocate for inclusion who believes in the potential of every young person.
