Start date Immediate / ASAP Steady, term-time cleaning work with a school in Enfield — split shifts that fit around the school day. First Call Education is recruiting reliable Temporary School Cleaning Staff to join a school in Enfield, North London, for an initial period of 6 months with the possibility of a longer-term position. You'll play an important part in keeping the school clean, safe and welcoming for pupils, staff and visitors — working across the middle of the day and the after-school clean-down.Key responsibilitiesCleaning classrooms, corridors and communal areas.Cleaning and maintaining school toilets to a high standard.Ensuring classrooms and shared areas are clean, tidy and presentable.Following cleaning schedules and instructions from the cleaning supervisors.Using cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.Reporting any issues or concerns to the relevant supervisor.Supporting the wider cleaning team to maintain standards across the school.Working in line with school procedures and health & safety requirements.About youReliable, punctual and hardworking.A team player who takes pride in their work.Thorough, and comfortable following instructions and cleaning schedules.Flexible and willing to support the school as required.Previous cleaning experience is desirable, ideally within a school or similar environment.Why applyThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable weekday cleaning work within a school environment, with a clear route to a longer-term position for the right person.
