HR Associate📍 Truro💰 £33,635 per annum🕒 37 hours per week | Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pmAre you an experienced HR professional who thrives on supporting people, solving problems, and making a real difference in the workplace?We are looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused HR Associate to join our friendly and ambitious HR Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting colleagues across the College, helping us attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while ensuring an excellent employee experience.Key Responsibilities✨ Manage and coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities✨ Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees✨ Support employee relations matters, including absence, capability, disciplinary and grievance cases✨ Ensure HR systems and records are maintained accurately and efficiently✨ Contribute to staff wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement projects✨ Help shape and improve HR policies, processes and practices across the College.About YouWe're seeking an HR professional with:✅ CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management✅ At least 3 years' experience in HR, recruitment, and employee relations✅ A strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance✅ Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills✅ Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications Why join us?At Truro & Penwith College, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
