Summary
As a Trust grade registrar, the post holder would be expected to do an independent ward round and makeclinical decisions, support junior doctors, see referrals from other specialities and perform procedures eg.lumbar puncture. There will be on call commitments as part of the RMO rota. There will also be theopportunity to go on consultant-led teaching ward rounds.
The post holder will be expected to work acrossall the frailty wards including C20 in CHH and the 13thfloor in HRI. C20 and the 13thfloor are NCTR wards.There isgoodsupportfromconsultantsandplenty ofopportunitiestotrainand develop.
