Summary

• Making outbound sales and engagement calls to prospective learners to promote our training programmes, identify their needs and encourage suitable learners to enrol.

• Following up leads and maintaining regular telephone contact with prospective learners to maximise conversion from enquiry to enrolment.

• Enrolling learners onto our training courses, ensuring that they are provided with all relevant information and supporting them with any queries.

• Utilising technology to pre-enrol learners and maintaining contact with them to support completion of their enrolment before their training course starts.
