Summary

Maintain a high standard in all aspects of work. To rotate to all areas of the Radiology department including Main X-Ray, CT/MR, Ultrasound, A&E X-Ray, and Interventional Theatres. To input and extract data onto the patient administration system (PAS) and the departmental RIS system (Computerised Radiology Information System, CRIS), and to search the patient database for existing records, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Reception duties for all areas of the Radiology department, including enquiries from medical staff, other hospitals, GPs and members of the public. Dealing with telephone and direct communication enquiries from the public and other health professionals. Cooperation with and provision of assistance where necessary to all medical, nursing and other staff. For full duties please refer to the attached job description
