This Vehicle Technician role offers a competitive salary of up to £39,000 and an uncapped OTE of £42,000+, providing substantial earning potential. You will benefit from a performance-based bonus structure, with the first three months’ bonus guaranteed. The role is based on a 40-hour week, providing a good work-life balance.

Responsibilities include:

- Conducting routine servicing and maintenance on vehicles

- Performing diagnostic checks and fault finding

- Carrying out repair work to manufacturer and DVSA standards

- Ensuring vehicles are road-safe and compliant with regulations

- Working closely with the service team to deliver high customer satisfaction

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:

- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent experience

- Previous experience within a main dealer or independent garage

- Full UK driving licence

- Positive, team-focused attitude and meticulous attention to detail
