Our client, a leading Authorised Treatment Facility based in Southampton, Hampshire, is recruiting a dedicated Marketing & Social Media Manager. Duties of a Marketing & Social Media Manager:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives

- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

- Create engaging content, including photography, video, and graphics, to promote services and promote the company’s environmental initiatives

- Maintain and optimise website content for SEO; oversee digital advertising campaigns

- Build and maintain relationships with trade partners, industry organisations, and local businesses

- Organise and support participation in trade exhibitions, industry events, and community projects

- Monitor marketing performance, providing regular insights and reporting to senior management

- Support online parts sales and other digital revenue streams, helping to increase brand reach and customer engagement

Requirements of a Marketing & Social Media Manager:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management

- Strong understanding of content creation, digital advertising, and analytics

- Proficient in photography, videography, and basic editing skills

- Knowledge of SEO, Google Business Profile, and website management

- Excellent copy writing, organisational, and project management skills

- Ability to work independently, take ownership of campaigns, and demonstrate commercial awareness

- Passion for the automotive and recycling sectors, with a proactive and innovative mindset
