As we head into our busiest time of year, we're looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our ecommerce team. We
are passionate about providing our customers with an exceptional service. Every order is carefully picked, packed and dispatched
with great attention to detail, and we are looking for team members who share our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Working within our busy retail warehouse, you will be responsible for preparing, packing and dispatching orders for both our
online and corporate customers. This is a fast-paced role where you'll need to work efficiently to meet collection deadlines while
maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include picking, packing and dispatching
customer orders, creating hampers and gift products, preparing deliveries for collection, maintaining high standards of
housekeeping and health and safety, and supporting the wider warehouse team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation throughout
the busy seasonal period.
We're looking for hardworking, reliable team players with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous warehouse
experience isn't essential, as full training will be provided. Attention to detail, flexibility and a commitment to delivering
excellent customer service are key to success in this role.
We have a number of fixed-term seasonal positions available from 16 October to 23 December 2026. Contracts will start at 16 hours
per week, working between Monday and Saturday, with opportunities to increase to full-time hours during peak season, subject to
business needs and availability. Flexibility is required throughout the contract period.
