Your new role

A fantastic opportunity for a Planning professional to join a busy Southern team.

Supporting the delivery of multiple planning schemes across the Southern region

Preparing and managing planning applications through the full life cycle

Liaising with internal teams, external consultants and local authorities

Providing strategic planning advice to support project delivery

Monitoring planning policy and ensuring compliance across schemes

Contributing to programme timelines and project coordination

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a planning role, ideally in a contractor, developer or consultancy environment

Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and processes

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workload effectively

Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience

Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
