- confident in spotting stories which connect with people?
If so, come and join us as a Digital Engagement Manager for Digital and Transformation Group (DTG) where you’ll be part of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), the UK’s biggest public service department which is responsible for welfare, pensions and child maintenance policy for more than 22 million customers.
With more than 8,000 colleagues, DTG is central to transforming DWP's digital services to ensure customers can access services easily, how and when they want to.
As a Digital Engagement Manager, you’ll be confident in providing strong, strategic communications advice and creating, implementing and measuring communications campaigns, aligned to the Government Communication Service’s OASIS framework.
In this Digital Engagement Manager role, you’ll work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues across and beyond DTG to turn complex issues into clear messages and actions that people understand.
