We are looking for an experienced and motivated Tenancy Operations Manager to join our Infrastructure Asset Management team in

Birmingham.

Working alongside our arrears and asset management teams, you will play a key role in the management of tenancy matters across a

diverse portfolio, ensuring lease events, notices, disputes and legal processes are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line

with client requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and commercially minded professional to take ownership of a broad range of

tenancy operations activities, working closely with clients, tenants, legal representatives and internal stakeholders. The role

offers the chance to make a meaningful contribution to service delivery, continuous improvement and the ongoing growth of our

Infrastructure Asset Management business.

Main Tasks

* Co-ordinate and process rent review notices in line with client instructions and agreed timescales.

* Manage and oversee rent review disputes, liaising with internal stakeholders and external legal representatives where required.

* Manage Notice to Quit processes on behalf of clients.

* Prepare case summaries and legal instruction forms to support legal referrals.

* Compile legal packs and supporting evidence for tenancy-related proceedings.

* Act as the primary point of contact for client liaison on legal and tenancy matters.

* Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reporting to clients.

* Review and assure the quality and accuracy of data used in legal cases and tenancy matters.

* Support the maintenance of detailed records relating to debt recovery and tenancy activities.

* Liaise effectively with clients, tenants, finance teams and asset managers to ensure a coordinated approach.

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the wider management team in driving service excellence.

* Assist with the mobilisation and implementation of new contracts and portfolio instructions.

What will it take to be successful?

You will bring substantial experience from a property management or legal practice environment, together with a strong

understanding of tenancy processes and the ability to manage complex casework with confidence.

An excellent communicator with strong relationship management skills, you will be comfortable working with a wide range of

stakeholders and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical

abilities and a proactive approach to problem solving, ensuring work is delivered accurately and to a high standard.

Experience leading or supporting teams would be advantageous, alongside a collaborative mindset, strong organisational skills and

a commitment to delivering exceptional service for clients.
