Warehouse Operative - PM Shift (Chilled Environment)

Location: Aylesford, Kent

Shift: 14:00 - 22:00 (PM Shift)

Pay Rate

  • 14:00 - 18:00 -

    • £13.05 per hour

  • 18:00 - 22:00 -

    • £15.80 per hour

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced

Waitrose distribution environment. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking to build a career within logistics.

You will be working within a

chilled warehouse environment (0°C to 3°C), supporting the smooth running of operations to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately

  • Working to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Handling goods within a chilled warehouse (0-3°C)

  • Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times

  • Loading and unloading deliveries where required

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the workspace

What We're Looking For

  • Good attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a cold environment

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial
