Hours: 06:00 - 18:00 | 3 on / 3 off

Warehouse Administrator to join our client, a well-known distribution company based in Tamworth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to join a busy logistics operation, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful trial period.
The Role
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the warehouse and transport teams, helping to ensure smooth communication, accurate reporting and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting communication between warehouse and transport teams
- Completing administration tasks accurately and within required timescales
- Supporting pick, inbound and outbound activities
- Assisting with allocation and replenishment
- Completing booking-out processes
- Preparing and maintaining loading schedules
- Processing driver paperwork
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and operational reports
- Ensuring KPI data is accurate and up to date
- Investigating stock discrepancies and coordinating stock checks
- Supporting continuous improvement across warehouse operations
- Working closely with internal teams to improve efficiency and performance
Requirements
- Previous warehouse administration or logistics administration experience is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Reliable and professional approach
Pay & Working Hours
3 on / 3 off shift pattern
- 06:00 - 18:00
- £13.56 per hour
