The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, responsive HR service, supporting a wide range of employment matters including employee relations, recruitment, attendance management, wellbeing and organisational change.Working closely with the Director of HR, you will help promote positive employee relations, strengthen leadership capability and contribute to the ongoing development of HR practices across the Trust. This varied and rewarding role requires a proactive and solutions-focused individual who can build strong relationships, provide practical advice and confidently manage a diverse HR caseload.As a trusted HR professional, you will support complex employee relations matters, deliver training and guidance to leaders, analyse workforce data and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
