What you’ll be doing:
You’ll proactively manage the care team, ensuring the highest standard of care and support is given to our residents.
Promote a culture of personalised care that always puts our residents first.
Provide nursing care and interventions where needed.
Motivate and support your team, ensuring everyone contributes to the smooth running of the home.
Act as a role model for other clinical and care team members, always striving for excellence.
You’ll report directly to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead, keeping them in the loop on any important matters.
What we’re looking for:
A qualified nurse (RGN with an active NMC PIN)
Someone with a genuine passion for elderly care and significant experience working in a care home or similar environment.
A natural leader who enjoys bringing out the best in others.
Someone who shares the same caring workplace values and behaviours as us.
