to lead our Maths provision at

As

Curriculum Manager, you will lead a curriculum area that plays a crucial part in every student's educational journey. You will ensure that learners receive an outstanding experience, benefit from high-quality teaching, and develop the skills, confidence and qualifications they need to succeed in their chosen pathways.

You will have the opportunity to influence outcomes not only through the performance of your team, but through the culture you create; one that is ambitious, inclusive and focused on continuous improvement.

Working closely with the Faculty Director and your teaching and coaching team, you will provide operational leadership for our Maths provision, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, assessment and student achievement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team of Maths teachers and coaches.
  • Creating an outstanding learning environment where students can thrive and achieve beyond expectations.
  • Monitoring student progress and implementing effective strategies to improve achievement, retention and progression.
  • Leading quality assurance processes and driving improvement through self-assessment and quality improvement planning.
  • Working collaboratively to develop and implement an innovative and responsive Maths curriculum.
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively to maximise student outcomes and value for money.
  • Using student feedback to shape and improve the learning experience.
  • Building strong relationships with employers and stakeholders to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and prepares students for their future careers.
