Role Overview
As a Learning Support Assistant in Banbury, you'll play a vital role in supporting students throughout the school day. Your contributions will help create a positive, inclusive learning environment, ensuring every pupil feels valued and capable.
Key Responsibilities
Support students' learning by offering encouragement, guidance, and a positive presence.
Assist in creating a calm, inclusive classroom where every student feels supported.
