Summary

In this role, the successful candidate will make a leading contribution to quantitative data management, analysis, visualisation and reporting as part of the UKRI-funded Gambling Harms Research UK Evidence Centre (‘the Centre’).

The postholder will support the Centre's evidence-generation activities through the analysis of existing and newly generated datasets, producing high-quality and responsive research outputs that address the Centre's priorities and evidence needs. Particular emphasis will be placed on identifying and investigating under-researched or neglected topics relating to gambling harms and responses to them, generating publications and analytical outputs that advance understanding and inform policy and practice.

In addition, the postholder will also be expected to contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications and research proposals, as well as help manage and direct this complex and challenging project/disciplinary area as opportunities allow.
