What you will be doing:

The UX Analyst is a key member of the UX discipline within the Digital Engagement Team at Historic England. As our UX Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting data on user interactions across our owned digital channels, this role involves working closely with colleagues from Digital Engagement, Marketing and Media to define, implement, measure and analyse metrics. You will provide actionable insights that inform product decisions, aiming to enhance user experience and satisfaction across our Digital estate.

Your responsibilities will include configuring analytics tracking, monitoring feature performance, measuring compliance with accessibility, and developing clear reports and visualisations which will ensure product evolution is evidence led.
