Job Overview
-
-Positions: x3 DS Officer Victoria Coach Station
-Current Rota: Potential Shift Pattern 6 on and 4 off. (Subject to change and confirmation)
-Night shift is mandatory as well.
-Working times 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 -22:00, (there may be a requirement to include 22:00-06:00 in the future)
-Hourly rate: £18.95 per hour, (breaks are paid, officers to remain on site)

-Able to provide an exceptional customer service
-5 years background check is compulsory.
-Door Supervisor licence (must have at least 6 months left on SIA Licence)
-Good command of English Language
-Experience report writer (test will be completed)
-First aid at work certificate (we can provide training fore the right candidate)
-Good IT skills especially in word and excel
-Has Police Vetting NPPV1/CTC clearance or able to pass vetting in the next 6 months.

About the Role
-Able to work alone of as part of the coach station team
-Able to complete Security and Safety Patrols in a busy Coach station and external areas
-First respondent in an emergency or serious incident.
-Able to carry out investigations including evidence gathering.
-Enforcement of Transport for London Byelaws (this will be explained in detail at the interview stage)
-The DS officer will be required to assist TfL coach team to uphold ands enforce the TfL road Transport Premises byelaws made under section 25 of the London Transport Act 1960 and any superseding legislation, this could mean asking someone to leave the coach station up to physical removal (using reasonable force)
-Delivering an excellent high level customer service (this is a customer facing role)
-To ensure all duties completed in full to a very high standard.
-Report and act on any security breach, with follow up action.
-To actively use the reporting system for logging Patrols, Incident reports, Helpdesk reports and Daily Occurrence Book logs (training will be provided on the system
-To be aware of and ensure compliance with all aspects of company policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
-To fully complete all of the tasks and duties on site as defined within Assignment Instructions (AI's), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Risk Assessments (RA's), Memos and Toolbox talks.
-To be compliant with Industry and Statutory Legislation
-Attending further training /courses as and when directed.
-Comply with legal obligations and safety requirements of the role.
-Follow instructions and procedures appropriately without unnecessarily challenging authority.
