Summary

- Competitive basic salary up to £40,000 per annum

- Working hours Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30, with 1 in 3 Saturdays mornings

- Opportunity to specialise in Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) and MOT testing

Duties:

- Performing vehicle servicing and repairs adhering to brand technical standards

- Ensuring work complies with dealership processes and procedures

- Communicating effectively with customers regarding repairs and work completed

- Supporting and mentoring junior technicians and apprentices

- Attending regular training sessions to stay updated with technical developments

- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times

Requirements:

- Relevant Level 3 qualifications such as NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent

- Previous workshop experience within a franchised dealership

- Strong team-working skills and a customer-focused approach

- Ability to plan, organise workload, and meet deadlines

- MOT certification and experience with vans are advantageous but not essential

- Commitment to delivering excellent service and technical excellence
