The Opportunity

Do you have a strong track record in SEND and a desire to improve provision across multiple schools?

We are seeking a SEND Advisory Support Teacher to join our Trust‑wide Education Team. This role plays a crucial part in strengthening SEND provision from EYFS to Key Stage 4, improving outcomes for pupils with additional needs, and supporting schools to meet statutory expectations with confidence.

You will provide professional challenge, coaching and modelling to SENDCOs and leaders. Your work will directly contribute to improved quality of education, leadership and management and successful Ofsted inspections.

About You

• Experienced SEND practitioner with substantial experience teaching pupils with SEND

• QTS and a Postgraduate qualification in SEND or inclusive education

• Experience of supporting teachers to adapt curriculum, teaching, and the learning environment

• Experience of working effectively with SENCOs, senior leaders, parents, carers and external professionals

• Strong interpersonal, coaching and influencing skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to translate assessment findings into realistic, practical strategies

• Commitment to trust values, inclusion and collaboration
