Summary

Sales Executive

Location - Gatwick

Salary – £22,500 basic + bonus, OTE £60,000

Hours - Monday - Saturday, Day off in the week, Sundays on rota

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a successful main dealership in the Gatwick area. This role is ideal for someone with automotive sales experience or a proven background in retail or high-value sales who is looking to maximise their earning potential and build a long-term career.

Sales Executive Role

- Welcome customers and provide a first-class showroom experience.

- Guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing journey, from enquiry to handover.

- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, showcasing features and benefits.

- Generate new business through prospecting and following up sales leads.

- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.

- Accurately appraise part-exchange vehicles and liaise with management on valuations.

- Complete all sales administration and ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes.

- Promote finance, insurance, and value-added products where appropriate.

Sales Executive Requirements

- Previous experience in automotive sales or a strong retail/high-value sales background.

- Target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales objectives.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Professional, organised, and customer-focused approach.

- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools.

- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.

- Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
