Summary

We’re recruiting for an Administrator to join a growing construction business in Newport, Wales. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working collaboratively to support project teams. Location and Working Pattern Newport, Wales – full-time, site-based.

Client Overview Our client is an established and expanding construction organisation, renowned for delivering successful projects and committed to developing their people for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

- Manage project documentation and information using Viewpoint and Procore.

- Maintain accurate project records and document control systems.

- Support the control and distribution of drawings, specifications and related documents.

- Ensure all document control procedures, naming conventions and version control processes are adhered to.

- Assist with client deliverables and project information requirements.

- Gather and prepare O&M manuals and Health & Safety documentation.

Must-have Requirements

- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Organised and proactive approach to managing tasks.

- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Nice-to-have Skills

- Previous document control experience within construction.

- Familiarity with tools such as Viewpoint and Procore.
