Degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Public Health, Statistics, Informatics, Epidemiology, Analytics, or related discipline. Evidence of continuing professional development in analytics, digital, population health, or leadership. Demonstrable ability to meet the Trusts Values NHS Fair Access Frameworks Core20PLUS5 methodology Population Health Management approaches Health inequalities and inclusion health principles NHS performance and operational datasets Health Care pathways Public health intelligence methodologies Statistical analysis and predictive modelling techniques Power BI dashboard development, and enterprise reporting delivery Integrated care standards Ability to analyse and interpret complex data to support equitable healthcare delivery and strategic planning. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to present highly complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong leadership, programme management, and service improvement capability Significant experience leading population health analytics, health intelligence, or data services within the NHS, public health, or integrated care environments. Experience delivering health inequalities and fair access analysis. Experience working with large-scale healthcare datasets and integrated reporting environments. Experience developing strategic dashboards and analytical frameworks for operational and executive audiences. Experience managing analytical teams and stakeholder engagement across complex organisations. Geospatial and mapping analytics AI and machine learning in population health SQL, Python, or advanced analytics tooling NHS Federated Data Platform initiatives Research and academic collaborations Knowledge of local authority and wider determinants of health datasets. Promote equitable and inclusive healthcare delivery. Champion evidence-based decision-making and population health improvement. Support ethical, transparent, and responsible use of healthcare data. Foster collaboration across organisational and system boundaries. Demonstrate commitment to NHS values and continuous improvement. Champion ethical and responsible use of data and AI. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Able to travel between Trust sites and to meetings.
