Summary
MSE has clinically driven plans for sub-specialisation in haematology with an aim to strive for excellence in malignant and non-malignant haematology service delivery across MSE. The transformation investment will enable, amongst others: Promote local improvement and performance Remove unwarranted variation of services Drive Quality and Governance throughout to improve patient experience and outcomes.
