Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Care Home Vacancy Assistant who will enjoy working in a busy environment within the Home First Team.

You will be educated to SVQ Level 2 in Administration or Health and Social Care related. Ideally you will also have knowledge and experience of local authority services, data protection legislative requirements as well as knowledge and understanding of the Home First ethos.

You will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and the drive to ‘make it happen’ by being willing and able to contribute to a culture of ongoing improvement and a busy service. You must have good IT skills and communication, as well as being able to work to deadlines within a busy team, ensuring good customer service to both internal colleagues and external customers.

The post is 37 hours and is based between Falkirk Community Hospital and Forth Valley Royal Hospital depending on demand.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.

This post will be temporary for 9 months from date of employment.
