Summary

You will be responsible for developing and delivering Outpatient Training to the Outpatients Referral and Communication Team (ORC), to ensure that data is entered onto EPR (Electronic Patient Record) by users in accordance with NHS Data Standards, data definitions, DoH RTT (18 weeks) guidance and local policies.

In this important role the individual will help configure, test and train as well as act as a centre of knowledge and excellence regarding the ORC functions.

You will support the Governance process and managePALS concerns, enquiries, complaints and incidents, and ensure thelearning from the outcomes is translated into the training program.

You'll manage the HR processes for the teams, workingalongside theTeam Leaders in maintaining records.

• Deliver end to end training in relation to the Trust telephony system and any other systems which are used to communicate with patients for the purpose of Outpatient appointments.

• Provide assistance and advice with outpatient pathway processes throughout the Trust. The post holder will also work to develop online and face to face training and education modules tailored to both clinical and administrative staff
