Its work focuses on moving goods efficiently and helping customers manage delivery requirements through coordinated transport, vehicles, technology and operational support.The roleWe are looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to support pallet delivery and collection operations in and around Doncaster. This temporary, days-based role is suited to a reliable driver who takes pride in safe, professional and efficient service.Key responsibilities• Carry out local and regional pallet deliveries and collections• Complete vehicle checks before and after each shift• Load, secure and transport goods safely• Follow delivery schedules, instructions and relevant transport regulations• Complete delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately• Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues and transport teams• Report any vehicle, delivery or operational issues promptlySkills and qualifications• Valid HGV Class 1 licence• Driver CPC qualification and digital tachograph card• Previous HGV Class 1 driving experience, ideally in pallet or general haulage work• Good knowledge of road safety and drivers’ hours regulations• Strong reliability, time management and communication skills• A professional approach to customer service• Ability to work independently and follow instructionsBenefits• £17.00 to £17.50 per hour• Paid every Wednesday• Opportunity to be visible to local employers• Day shifts• Temporary work in the Doncaster areaApply today.
