The business focuses on dependable, flexible and professional service for its customers.Key responsibilities• Driving an HGV Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly• Completing local drops and longer-distance deliveries• Carrying out multi-drop routes, including more than 10 deliveries• Delivering goods to retail stores and other customer locations• Loading and unloading goods using handball methods and a tail lift• Completing delivery paperwork and vehicle checks• Representing the business professionally when dealing with customers• Following road safety, working time and company proceduresSkills and qualifications• Valid HGV Class 2 driving licence• Driver CPC and digital tachograph card• Previous experience with multi-drop deliveries• Experience of retail store deliveries is desirable• Confident using a tail lift and handling goods safely• Physically able to undertake handball duties• Good knowledge of local and UK roads• Reliable, punctual and customer-focused approachBenefits• £16.00 to £18.00 per hour• Minimum 8 hours paid• Paid every Wednesday• Overtime available• Permanent employment opportunity• Opportunity to work with a local employerApply today.
