Its operations include pallet distribution, next-day delivery, third-party logistics and fulfilment, supporting the movement of goods from collection through to delivery.The roleWe are looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join a busy transport operation in Swindon on a temporary, daytime basis. You will be responsible for completing multi-drop deliveries safely, efficiently and professionally.Key responsibilities• Carry out more than 10 deliveries per shift, following planned routes and delivery instructions• Complete vehicle checks before and after each journey• Load, secure and transport goods safely• Deliver to customers within agreed timescales• Complete delivery paperwork and obtain accurate proof of delivery• Communicate professionally with customers and the transport team• Follow all road safety, legal and company procedures• Report any vehicle, delivery or operational issues promptlySkills and qualifications• Valid HGV Class 2 driving licence• Previous experience in a multi-drop delivery role• Experience completing over 10 drops in a working day• Good knowledge of road safety and vehicle checks• Reliable, punctual and well organised• Professional customer service manner• Able to work independently and manage delivery schedules effectively• Physically fit enough to support delivery duties where requiredBenefits• £16 per hour• Day shifts• Temporary work in Swindon• Paid every Wednesday• Visibility to local employersIf you are an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver looking for temporary daytime work, apply today.
