Based in a modern, purpose-built supported living service in Hemel Hempstead, you'll support adults with physical and learning disabilities in an environment that empowers people to live as independently as possible.The RoleSupport vulnerable adults overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeingProvide personal care when required, always upholding dignityOffer emotional support and respond to any crisesAdminister medication and complete light household tasksMaintain accurate records and ensure the property remains secureCommunicate clearly and adapt to individual needsWorking Pattern:4 waking night shifts across a two-week rolling rota, working 20:15 to 07:45.
