The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject area and a proven track record of delivering A Level Spanish to a high standard. They will also be able to design and deliver creative and impactful lessons and take a student-centred approach to learning.  As the Curriculum Improvement Team Leader, they will ensure planning documentation is completed to a high standard and lead rigorous reviews of quality, including those relating to student voice and ensure swift interventions where necessary.
