Whether you’re an experienced Transport Supervisor ready to step into a broader leadership role, or an established Logistics Manager looking for your next challenge, Krispy Kreme has an exciting opportunity for you at our Shannon Corner site.
We’re looking for a driven, people-focused leader to manage our driver team and keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in making sure our doughnuts are delivered safely, efficiently and on time - all while building a motivated, high-performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing driver team
• Managing rotas, routes and daily transport operations
• Ensuring compliance, safety and on-time delivery performance
• Supporting recruitment, training and team development
• Driving operational improvements and controlling costs
• Maintaining fleet, systems and transport records
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in transport, logistics or distribution leadership
• A background as a Transport Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Manager or similar
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of transport compliance and fleet operations
• A confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style
• CPC qualification desirable, but not essential
Pay & Hours
• £37,358 per year
• 45 hours per week
• Any five days from seven, including some weekends
• Our drivers go out as early as 2am and therefore early morning start times may be required at times
