Location: Fradley Park, Lichfield
Pay: £15.77 - £17.82 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)
Shift Pattern: 3-Shift Rotation (Weekly Rotation)
NO STATIC SHIFT
- Days: 06:00 - 14:00 (£15.77 per hour)
- Afternoons: 14:00 - 22:00 (£15.77 per hour)
- Nights: 22:00 - 06:00 (£17.82 per hour)
Break: 33-minute unpaid break
Start of working week
: Saturday

Job Role - Automotive Production Operative (Automotive Manufacturing Industry)
As an Automotive Production Operative in Fradley Park, Lichfield, you will be working within a modern production facility within the automotive manufacturing industry, assembling interior vehicle components such as doors and dashboards using hand and power tools while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on a fast-paced automotive production line
- Assembling interior automotive units (doors, dashboards, trim components)
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Carrying out quality control checks on finished products
- Following production instructions and specifications
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Supporting general production duties as required
Requirements
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
- Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern (days, afternoons, nights)
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Own transport due to location and shift patterns
