The Best Connection are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking
Machine Operator to join our client's busy manufacturing team based in
Rotherham.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring products are manufactured to the required specifications and quality standards.
Shifts: 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and setting machinery safely and efficiently.
- Carrying out basic quality checks on your own work.
- Reporting any machine, tooling or production issues to your supervisor.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Following all Health & Safety procedures.
- Supporting other areas of the machine shop when required.
- Working to production targets and deadlines.
- Ensuring all work is completed to the required quality standards.

- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to follow instructions and work independently once trained.
- Quality-focused with good attention to detail.

- Previous machine operating experience is desirable.
