Summary
EO Caseworker Shift Work
Location: 5th Floor, The Capital Building, Liverpool, Merseyside, L3 9PP
* Pay rate: £21.37 per hour
* Full-time, office-based role with shift working on a
4-week rolling rota (includes
early and mid shifts,
weekend working, non-working days, and
participation in an on-call rota)
Early shifts 07:30-16:45
Mid shifts 10:00-19:15
* Training provided, including an initial 2-week induction and mentoring programme
* Assignment length: 6 months, with possibility of extension (subject to ongoing recruitment processes)
Clearance required: CTC and basic DBS (costs covered by the hiring process)

Our client is hiring for a reputed client for an EO Caseworker role supporting operational coverage and incident information flow, with training and mentoring provided.
What you'll be doing:
* Engage and build trusted working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including police, Home Office contractors, Border Force, Immigration Enforcement and other partners
* Act as a key point of contact for information flows on live incidents to Ministers and Private Offices, senior managers, press office teams, and front-line officers carrying out operational activity
* Receive and triage high volumes of incoming information from new and existing sources, preparing it for fuller analysis
* Assess risk and prioritise cases using defined criteria, ensuring decisions are recorded clearly for audit and accountability
* Deliver accurate, trusted reporting and monitoring updates for stakeholders, including concise reporting for senior audiences
* Support incident management by fulfilling key incident management roles and tracking actions and decisions
* Use data to identify behavioural changes and intelligence information, and produce statistical headlines to provide an overview of operations

* The ability to triage, assess risk, prioritise, and ensure information is processed accurately and on time
