Summary

We are seeking caring, dedicated, and reliable Healthcare Support Workers/Carers to join our Doncaster team. You will be placed in various care home settings within Doncaster, Gainsborough and Lincoln. You will be supporting residents with their daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support to residents.

• Assisting with washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Supporting residents with mobility and transfers.

• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding where required.

• Building positive relationships with residents and colleagues.

• Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' health and wellbeing.

• Maintaining accurate records and following care plans.

• Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
