Summary

If you have an interest in the provision of school meals for children of all ages, you could be perfect for this career. Why not join one of our many teams of Catering Assistants in schools and nurseries in Fife.

We currently have vacancies to join our teams, Monday to Friday as required on a 52 week or 38 week term time contract.

Strathmiglo Primary School:

Working 15 hours per week Monday - Friday, permanent 38 week contract.

Auchmuty High School:

Working 10 hours per week Monday - Friday, 38 week contract (2 posts temp & 1 perm). Temporary up to 1 year.

Glenwood High School:

Working 10 hours per week Monday - Friday, permanent 52 week contract

You will earn a competitive salary of £25,604.23 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including:

We pay the Scottish Local Government Living Wage of £13.64 per hour for this post, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.

Pay is every 4 weeks.

This work is about providing customer service, ensuring nursery pupils receive hot or cold meals every school day. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference with the food you have served.

On the job training is given working towards a Food Hygiene Certificate.
