Summary

What you’ll be doing:

Providing a service so good that our brokers shout about us.

Be there when our brokers need us in a way which suits them. You’ll communicate with brokers over the phone and by email along with representing the Society at road shows, industry events and functions.

Managing and developing your designated territory by creating long-lasting relationships with new and existing brokers to grow business opportunities and increase multiple submitters.

Handling queries with confidence whether it’s about our products, services, or anything else they need.

Staying up to date on all our products and services so you’re always ready to share your knowledge and support with our brokers whilst thinking of ways to make improvements.

Managing applications through to completion where possible to make the broker experience easy.

Networking and relationship building with stakeholders inside and outside the Society.

Developing business plans and engaging in regular sales meetings to look for ways to deliver business objectives.
