About the Role:

We’re looking for two dedicated Support Assistants to join our Peripatetic Service at DeLacy Gardens, Pontefract. This vital service operates 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, delivering high-quality care to people in their own homes.

The post is for 21.00 hours per week AM Shifts only

You’ll work on a 2-week rolling Rota, including:

Morning shifts: 07:00 – 14:00

Salary 25,583- 25,989 (FTE) Salary: £28, 598 – £31,537 (FTE) £13.26 to £13.47 per hour.

Weekends and bank holidays (enhanced pay rates apply)

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting individuals to remain in their own homes

Promoting independence and person- centred care i.e. Washing/dressing/Bathing/Toileting/Meals & Medication

Working collaboratively with professionals and agencies

reating every person with dignity and respect
