What You Will Do
- Lead and support a team of cleaning staff to maintain exceptional standards across the school.
- Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas are clean, safe and welcoming.
- Monitor stock levels and organise cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Support the smooth running of school events, assemblies and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH and safeguarding procedures.
- Work collaboratively with management to continually improve cleaning services and standards.
- Provide cover and practical support to the cleaning team when required.
What You Bring
- Experience in a cleaning, facilities or operational environment.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to motivate and support a team to achieve high standards.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding service in a busy school environment.
