A leading independent dealership in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their expanding team. Vehicle Technician Duties:

- Conduct vehicle servicing and routine maintenance

- Perform advanced diagnostics and fault finding on various vehicle systems

- Carry out mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, tyres, and air conditioning

- Prepare vehicles for MOT testing and assist with general workshop duties

- Identify additional work and provide accurate technical feedback

- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, to a high standard and in compliance with manufacturer guidelines

- Work collaboratively as part of a skilled workshop team to meet service standards

Requirements:

- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent

- Extensive hands-on experience with modern vehicles

- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

- Experience working on petrol, diesel, hybrid, and electric vehicles is highly desirable

- MOT Tester Licence would be advantageous but is not essential

- Professional approach with excellent attention to detail

- Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and manage tasks efficiently

- Stable employment history with a genuine desire for long-term commitment

- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the workshop environment
